The name Irshalgad itself is an inaccuracy Irshal is not a fort but it’s actually a pinnacle. This is the motivation behind why it barely figures anywhere in history. Shivaji Maharaj caught the complete district of Kalyan and Bhiwandi, up to Rairi in May 1666.

As said above, Irshal is a Pinnacle. There is a water tank on the course from the Irshal level to the peak. From that point, we achieve the needle head close to the top through a basic rock-climbing course. Undertaking slightly ahead, we see a water tank to the left and the cave to the right.
This water is suitable for drinking. The course, which rises up from close to the needle head goes to the highest point of the Pinnacle.
