History of Bhupatgad Fort

This is a simple trek and you will reach the foothills of the fortress inside pretty much half an hour of strolling. Eventually, you will go over an open area (level). There is a medium estimated rectangular stone that has stone foot-shaped impressions.

You will need to pursue the privilege side of the level as this is barely noticeable. An alternate 30-minute walk will take you to the highest point of the post.
You enter the fort through a crushed entryway. There are 2 entryways, one is from north and one is from south however both of them are in terrible condition. In fact, the entire post is not in a decent state.

As you enter the stronghold you can see a Mahsoba's statue alongside a statue of Hanuman. Bhupatgad has a vast level. You can even now see a percentage of the fortress which is cleared out.
Some destroyed structures of royal residences can even now be seen.

Behind these demolished structures there are water tanks. You require about thirty minutes to see the whole fortification. From Bhupatgad, zones like Tringalwadi, Harihar, Trambakeshwar, Jawhar, and Mokhada can be seen.

Jawahar Jaivilas Palace
The castle was built by Raje Yashwant Rao Maukne. The stone utilized for this is syenite which was brought from Kalidhond which is 5 km far from its location.it is said that when the work of royal residence was finished, the quarry from which the stone was concentrated was broken down and now the Geological Department of the Government of India has taken up to place the quarry.

The castle is an artful culmination of pink stone. There is an excellent arrangement with thick woods like foliage, having trees of cashew nut all over.

Hanuman Point
On the east side of the city from about 1 to 2 km from the heart of the city there was an old sanctuary of maruti which was encompassed by dim woods of cactus, therefore known as Katya Maruti mandir. Ahead of the Mandir, there is a valley.

The sanctuary is encompassed by a valley from three sides. The valley is almost 500 feet deep as the advancement is carried out the sanctuary is redesigned and now it is known as Hanuman Point.

Starting here at the time of night we can see the lights of trains in Kasara ghat in the day we can see the chronicled stronghold of Shahapur Maholi. The Hanuman Point (Sunrise Point) is a most lovely place from where we can see the first light delightful valley, high slopes & the Royal Jaivilas Palace.
